Clusters can be included in many types of breakfast cereals.

Clusters are multifunctional in that they can enhance appearance, texture and flavour of the cereal, uplifting overall product value.

Typical usage rates are around 10-15% of the total cereal content, but can vary anywhere between 5 and 25%.

The shelf life of clusters is typically around 18 months, depending on the types of ingredients used.

Clusters can also be used in corner pot yoghurts & desserts.

They also make great inclusions into snacks.
