• Our salad croutons are made from specially formulated loaves of bread designed to give a rustic and home style appearance with a light crunchy texture in the salad.

• Various bread types are available which give different options to the end user.

• Available in numerous shapes, sizes and novel flavours to meet individual requirements.

• Salad croutons have oil coated on the surface to assist the taste profile. Different oil types and percentages are available to meet individual requirements.

• Our salad croutons are packed in a wide range of packing formats. These include retail quad packs from 70 to 120grams, sachets from 8g to 50g, food service packs from 100g to 1kg and bulk quantities of 10kg cartons

• Shelf life ranges between 6-12 months depending on packaging types.
