Snippets are small crunchy granules of bread that are coated in oil and flavoured.

What is a Sprinkle?
Sprinkles are blends of various sizes and flavours of small croutons or snippets mixed together with other visual and flavour enhancing ingredients such as dehydrated vegetables, herbs, spices, seeds and fruits.

What is a Topping?
Toppings are crumb variants used in a wide variety of sweet and savoury products particularly ready meals, recipe dishes or as a rub for meats.

• Chaucer Foods Ltd has developed a wide and diverse range of products within this category to meet ever changing customer needs.

• Specially formulated bread provide the base to our Sprinkles and Toppings range. They are therefore derived from wheat flour in contrast to other products on the market, which are based on soya, giving rise to potential issues with GMO’s and allergen complications.

• Snippets, Sprinkles and Toppings are perfect as garnishes to salads, pizza’s, pasta’s, baked potatoes, ready meals and meats where additional texture, visuals or flavours are needed.

• Shelf life ranges between 6-12 months depending on packaging.
