Mushroom juice is received daily from local canneries. This ensures that the raw material is very fresh prior to concentration and contributes to the superior flavour profile of the Mushroom Extract.
Mushroom juices are blended and then concentrated to a standardised flavour strength and solids content. Concentration is achieved by ultra filtration and reverse osmosis.
The concentrated liquid extract is spray dried with maltodextrin to a dry powder form.
